Risk Free Investment
We offer a new level of flexibility and freedom for PVS clients wishing to make the most of their investments by allowing them to borrow cash against their stored metals at PVS or invest in Precious Metals Backed Securitized Notes (PMBSN) which are a risk free investment offering a very competitive return.
Terms & Conditions Storage
Your gold and silver will continue to be stored securely, and fully insured, inside of PVS’s vault. It will be placed in a segregated sub-account held in the name of PVS CAPITAL for the duration of the loan and returned to your account once the loan is repaid in full.
What to include in the T&C document
Do I still have to pay storage fees during the loan?
Yes, you will still pay your regular storage fees for the metal being used as collateral.
What options do I have to pay back the loan?
You can pay back the loan principal at the end of the term or seek renewal for a further term. Prepayments are permitted at any time as the interest is paid upfront and considered earned. Payments must be made in EURO or USD.
Do all gold and silver products qualify as collateral?
Any precious metals sold to you by PVS directly qualifies as collateral. If the precious metals originated from an external course, 100 oz, 400 oz gold bars and 1000 oz silver bars will not qualify. All metal is subject to PVS’s approval.
