PVS will ensure that its practices remain compliant with all local laws and regulations on data protection and privacy. As of the date hereof there is no legal obligation on PVS to any foreign government, including any foreign tax authority, regulator and/or any foreign public authority to provide information on any customers and/or any transactions performed under this Agreement. To the extent that PVS is subject to any obligations under any law, PVS shall comply with those obligations and will notify you if possible.PVS recognizes your right to confidentiality where your identity has been validated and, as physical bullion is not classified as a financial product, customer transactions do not fall under normal financial reporting rules. However, if SVS becomes suspicious of an attempt at money laundering, or if contacted by the authorities in a matter of money laundering, PVS is under an obligation to assist the authorities.
